Creating your account#

From the front page to a workspace that is ready. You do it once, and it takes about two minutes.

Making an account from scratch: email, the six-digit code, your details, and the four onboarding questions.
  1. There is one door

«Sign up» and «Log in», anywhere on the site, both go to /auth. That one card makes an account and enters one; you do not have to know in advance which you are doing.

  2. Email first

Type your email and continue. If you would rather, «Continue with Google» is right there and skips the steps below.

The card will not tell you whether that address already has an account, and that is deliberate: if it did, anyone could learn who our customers are one address at a time.

  3. A code, or your password

A six-digit code arrives by email. If you have set a password before, the same screen will take it instead; the two are one step and you can move between them freely.

There is no «forgot password» screen anywhere in this flow, because there is nothing for it to do: the code already proves the address, which is all a password reset ever did.

  4. Name, mobile, password

If the address is new, you are asked for your full name and a password of at least eight characters. A mobile number is optional; if you give one, you can sign in with it too. The name is what your colleagues will see beside your work later.

Typing the number in Persian digits is fine; it is folded to Latin as you type. If you came in through Google you meet the same form without the password box, because Google has already proved who you are.

  5. Four questions

A new account lands on «Welcome»: your role, your department, how you found Revaal, and an invite step for your team. The answers decide what you are shown first.

Every one of them can be skipped and changed later, the invite step included. Colleagues can be added whenever you like.

  6. Your workspace is ready

The last screen reports who joined and who was sent an invite link, then hands you your workspace. Everything from here happens inside it.

Making an account is free, but running a step spends credit and a new workspace opens with none. Top it up from «Billing & Usage» before your first run.

Manifesto

A person’s attention is the most valuable thing they bring to work. Every one of us has a limited amount of energy, focus, and presence each day, and a day that is spent does not come back. This is true for every single person on a team, not only the ones at the top. So the real question for any company is a simple one: what are we asking people to spend their days on?

Too often, the answer is repetition. We ask people to copy, paste, reformat, check the same list again, and write the same message for the hundredth time. The work gets finished, but something is lost. A person doing repetitive work is a person who is not thinking. We believe this is a serious mistake, not because such work is beneath anyone, but because a human being is the wrong tool for it. Machines are patient with repetition. People are not, and they should not have to be.

We are building for the other side of that trade. Models now have the processing power and the intelligence to carry the repeating part: the reading, the sorting, the drafting, everything that follows a known pattern. Hand that over, and look at what is left for people: creating things, staying curious, wrestling with problems that have no certain answer, sitting with a question while it is still unclear, and making something new and then changing it again. That is what a human day should be spent on. We think it should be the normal day, not the rare one.
