Pick from 300+ models, a different one for every step

Give it your own knowledge base and brand kit so the output sounds like you

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about Revaal

What people ask before they open an account.

How is Revaal different from ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

Those are places you go to have a conversation, and the work stops when you close the tab. Revaal is where the work keeps happening without you: the steps sit on one canvas, each one runs on whichever model you picked for it (those three among more than 300), the sources and the accounts the job already uses are wired straight in, and the whole thing goes on a schedule. It also works the other way round. Revaal is an MCP server, so a workflow built here can be run from the assistant you already talk to.

How the MCP server works
Is Revaal a chatbot?

No. There is chat in it, in two places: the assistant docked beside the canvas, which builds the steps and goes looking for what is wrong with them, and Agents, colleagues you configure once and then talk to like anyone else on the team. Neither of them is the product. What you are building is a workflow that runs on its own, publishes where you told it to and keeps every version it has ever been. Chat is a way in, not the thing itself.

Which models can I use, and can I mix them?

More than 300, and a different one for every step. Writing, images, video, speech and transcription are all activities the same canvas runs, so one workflow can read a page, write the piece, draw the cover and read it out loud without going anywhere else. Every step also carries two fallbacks, so a provider having a bad hour does not end the run. One account covers all of it: no keys to collect from five vendors, and no five invoices.

Does Revaal connect to the tools we already use?

Yes, and finishing on them is the last step of the run rather than something a person does afterwards. There are 21 built-in integrations carrying 118 ready-made actions, WordPress, Telegram, Bale, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Docs among them. Anything without a built-in goes over a webhook to your own HTTP endpoint, or over MCP to any server you run. A writing step can also be handed the tools and left to reach for them itself.

Will what comes out sound like us?

That is what the knowledge base and the brand kit are for. Give a step your own documents and it answers out of them instead of out of whatever the model happens to remember. Give it your brand kit and the words, the colours and the pictures come out yours. Both are attached step by step, so one workflow can write a formal report and a Telegram post in the same run without either sounding like the other.

Do I have to build the workflow myself?

Only if you want to. Tell the assistant beside the canvas what the job is and it lays the steps out, wires them together and writes the prompts; you run it once step by step and change whatever you disagree with. Every version you publish is kept with its changes listed one at a time, so going back is a click rather than an afternoon.

What does it cost?

It follows the work rather than the headcount. There is no such thing as a seat here: people are given access to a workspace and cost nothing to add, and what is charged is the steps that actually ran, priced on the model each one used and taken from that workspace's own credit. Nothing runs until there is credit in it, which is also what stops a workflow of yours running up a bill while nobody is looking.

Revaal: put AI agents to work on the job you repeat

  • Take input from an RSS feed, a sitemap, a listing page, a Telegram channel, YouTube, a spreadsheet or your own API, or from nothing at all, working from the board's own prompts.
  • Choose the model for each step separately from more than 300, across text, image, video, speech and transcription, with two automatic fallbacks if a provider will not answer.
  • Give any step your own knowledge base and brand kit, so what comes out sounds and looks like you.
  • Give a writing step or a condition the tools it needs, and the model reaches for them itself: 21 built-in integrations with 118 ready-made actions, any HTTP endpoint over a webhook, or any MCP server.
  • Finish on the service you already use, whether WordPress, Telegram, Bale, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Docs or Payload, as the last step of the run rather than as a hand-off.
  • Write the condition in your own words to branch the flow, test it one step at a time, then put the whole thing on a schedule.

Manifesto

A person’s attention is the most valuable thing they bring to work. Every one of us has a limited amount of energy, focus, and presence each day, and a day that is spent does not come back. This is true for every single person on a team, not only the ones at the top. So the real question for any company is a simple one: what are we asking people to spend their days on?

Too often, the answer is repetition. We ask people to copy, paste, reformat, check the same list again, and write the same message for the hundredth time. The work gets finished, but something is lost. A person doing repetitive work is a person who is not thinking. We believe this is a serious mistake, not because such work is beneath anyone, but because a human being is the wrong tool for it. Machines are patient with repetition. People are not, and they should not have to be.

We are building for the other side of that trade. Models now have the processing power and the intelligence to carry the repeating part: the reading, the sorting, the drafting, everything that follows a known pattern. Hand that over, and look at what is left for people: creating things, staying curious, wrestling with problems that have no certain answer, sitting with a question while it is still unclear, and making something new and then changing it again. That is what a human day should be spent on. We think it should be the normal day, not the rare one.
