You pay for the work that runs

Revaal does not charge by the number of people. Every step that runs is billed against that workspace's own credit, based on the model you picked for it and the size of the work it did, and the figure is there in the usage panel.

What that adds up to for you depends on your volume, and the honest way to find out is one real run on your own work. So instead of a number, here are two ways to start.

Pro

For one person or a small team building and running their own boards.

By what you use

You top the workspace's credit up, and every run draws from it.

Create an account

A new workspace starts at zero credit, so the first top-up is something we arrange with you.

Or talk to us first

  • Every model, every tool, every source. Nothing is locked behind a plan.
  • What each step cost, in Toman, right there in that run's report.
  • Bringing a colleague into the workspace adds nothing to the bill.
  • Usage reported board by board and person by person.
  • Setup in your own hands, with the guide and the ready-made templates.

Business

For a team with real volume that would rather run the setup and the settlement with us.

Based on your volume

We name the number after a short conversation and one real run.

Let's talk

A short form, just below. We answer it ourselves.

Everything in Pro, plus:

  • An agreed ceiling: your boards keep running past a spent balance, and we settle periodically.
  • A proforma invoice, settled by bank transfer.
  • We set the hard connections up together: a Meta app for Instagram, a WordPress application password, a Telegram bot, a Google service account.
  • We build the first boards with you, tuned to the work you actually do.
  • «همکارها», the agents, switched on for your account.
  • A named person who answers.

The product is the same in both

What differs is who builds the work and how the money settles. The product itself, down to the last model and the last tool, is identical in both.

300+models, and you pick one per step
21built-in integrations, with 118 ready-made actions
149news and data sources, ready to follow
  • Each workspace's credit is its own. No workspace can spend another's.
  • Membership in a workspace reaches no board. Access is granted board by board.
  • A platform administrator holds no access to your boards. If one is ever needed, they are invited like anyone else.
  • A run's rate is frozen the moment it starts, so a step's bill cannot change afterwards.
  • Every access change is written to a log that is only ever added to.

Where the two differ

Only the rows that actually differ. Anything not listed here is the same in both.

A few questions

Why is there no number on this page?

Because the cost follows the work you run, not a headcount or a month. Any number here is either high enough to make your small job look expensive or low enough that we would have to walk it back later. We would rather run one board on your real work and read the figure together.

So how is it counted?

Step by step. Every step that runs is priced on the model you chose for it and the size of the work it did, taken from that workspace's own credit, and shown in the usage panel. The same thing the Terms already say.

What does adding a colleague cost?

Nothing. There is no such thing as a seat here. People get access, and what costs money is the work being run.

What is the difference between Pro and Business inside the product?

None. The same models, the same tools, the same sources, the same scheduling. Nothing in the product locks or unlocks. The difference is who builds the work and how the money settles.

What about contracts and commitment?

A plan here is not a switch you flip, it is an arrangement. Whenever your volume changes we talk again and change the arrangement.

Where do I start?

If you want to see it for yourself, make an account and look around. If you would rather talk first, the form below has three fields and we answer it ourselves.

Let's talk

Three fields. Then we get in touch, look at your work, and give you a figure based on it.

Manifesto

A person’s attention is the most valuable thing they bring to work. Every one of us has a limited amount of energy, focus, and presence each day, and a day that is spent does not come back. This is true for every single person on a team, not only the ones at the top. So the real question for any company is a simple one: what are we asking people to spend their days on?

Too often, the answer is repetition. We ask people to copy, paste, reformat, check the same list again, and write the same message for the hundredth time. The work gets finished, but something is lost. A person doing repetitive work is a person who is not thinking. We believe this is a serious mistake, not because such work is beneath anyone, but because a human being is the wrong tool for it. Machines are patient with repetition. People are not, and they should not have to be.

We are building for the other side of that trade. Models now have the processing power and the intelligence to carry the repeating part: the reading, the sorting, the drafting, everything that follows a known pattern. Hand that over, and look at what is left for people: creating things, staying curious, wrestling with problems that have no certain answer, sitting with a question while it is still unclear, and making something new and then changing it again. That is what a human day should be spent on. We think it should be the normal day, not the rare one.
